What is the burn time of your candles?
Our 170ml (6oz) candles have a burn time of approximately 35-40 hours, while our larger 500ml (17.5oz) three-wick candles burn for up to 60 hours.
Where are your products made?
All Earl of East candles, diffusers, and bath products are hand-poured and created in small batches at our London studio using high-quality botanical ingredients.
How should I care for my candle to ensure the best scent?
To prevent tunneling, always burn your candle until the wax melts to the edge of the glass. We recommend trimming the wick to 5mm before every light to ensure a clean, steady flame.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our home fragrance collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bath and body products cannot be returned once opened.
Are your candles vegan and eco-friendly?
Yes, we use 100% natural soy wax and eco-cotton wicks. All of our scents are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and packaged in recyclable glass and paper.
